RAILA TO LEAD HIS MOVEMENT
CORD leader, Raila Odinga, urged Kenyans to rise up and stop the Government of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto from reintroducing reigns of dictatorship in Kenya.
Speaking during the burial of late thespian and blogger, Roy Ogolla Kohadha, in Kogelo village, Kisumu County, Raila told the youth to rise up and stop the draconian laws introduced by the Jubilee Government.
“Kenyans should rise and stop these draconian measures by a dictatorship Government,” Raila said. He cited the recent media laws and VAT law saying the two laws are returning the country back to old days where innocent Kenyans were detained without trial.Raila urged the youth to take responsibility of this country by holding the Government accountable through demonstrations and strikes which may force the Jubilee Government to collapse.
