Kenyans painfully and peacefully waited for presidential election results for a whole five days while , fuses snapped after only 72 hours in 2007 elections results . So what has changed? Nothing. The same manual counting of votes in both occasions with even a more complex election this time round. The verdict is we allowed ourselves to be petrified with fear of the unknown that made IEBC get away with criminal incompetence that costed the Kenyan taxpayer more than KES 10B.
