THE CHALLENGE OF NEW CONSTITUTION IN TANZANIA

There is Vuvuzela Political Direction for the formation of New Constitution in Tanzania , there is huge support in Mainland Tanzania for the formation of Separate Tanganyika Government. It was Reverent Christopher Mtikila who was the first to have his meeting at Jangwani ground in 1995 to demand the Separate Government of Tanganyika. Mtikila went far to say he don't recognize Zanzibar as part of Tanzania and he will not go to Zanzibar to propagate his policy of his new formed political Party DP ( Democratic Party). Also it was Njelu Kasaka and his Group G55 from the ruling party CCM who rebelled against the party and demanded the formation of the separate Government of Tanganyika .The G55 bill which sail through the Parliament was the one cost the political future of the former ;Prime Minister John Malecela for supporting the formation of Tanganyika Government it was Nyerere who wrote the book about the failure of the Leadership in Tanzania and this Nyerere campaign it ;cost the dream of John Malecela to succeed Ali Hassan Mwinyi and Nyerere use his Political muscle to install his Student Benjamin Mkapa in Order to save his Legacy and he was there to make sure Mkapa sail through during the party nomination in Dodoma.

It was Nyerere who make sure the challenge of Multiparty in Tanzania does not harm his legacy the only UNION in Africa which now challenged both in mainland and Zanzibar many people are demanding Independence. The Ruling party are in cross road after the opposition in Mainland and Zanzibar were able to put the agenda of the union on the table. Last week the Popular Lawyer and the Legislator from Singida region went far to say the union was already dissolved constitutionally only the political class who are benefiting from this Union from ruling party CCM are the only one preaching this Union

The only disadvantage opposition in mainland Tanganyika and Zanzibar is benefiting the ruling party is the failure of the One Voice from Two main Opposition party in Tanzania .The ruling party insist to stay with the current two government system , while majority  in Zanzibar and  CUF are  demand two Government   system with New agreement   Popular (MKATABA )and the Opposition in mainland are demanding  three government system .How ever this have put more confusion for those who want to take over From Current President mostly from Ruling party CCM  there is debate now they should run for  Tanzania Presidency or Tanganyika Presidency.




In Zanzibar the situation is very fluid the ruling party CCM is losing its popularity and many CCM insiders who want changes are thinking to cross to the opposition for the 2015 elections. Is likely many CCM cadres will either run for Independent or will cross to the opposition. There is huge blow from Revolutionary guards who thinks CCM is not taking the voice of Zanzibar very serious. Many opinion polls from Insiders believe if the election will happen today CCM will not get more than 41% of the Votes.Now the CCM cadres under Vuai recently pay the visit to the former President Popular Commando , Salmin Amour to get his advice on the opposition from insider the party and from the outside the party.The CUF under the cooperation with OLD CCM revolution guards are demanding Independence. The ruling party have failed to read the wave of changes and New Generation is demanding the Independence. I wonder why CCM in Zanzibar have failed to read the sign of the times , and the Opposition have captured the policy of Nationalism .
