A group led by CEO Ezra Chiloba, vice chair Lilian Mahiri -Zaja and other commissioners met parliaments committee on delegated legislation in Mombasa to iron issues issues relating to the budget and how much has been allocated to various areas in preparations for the upcoming 2017 elections.
