CUF HAS WON ELECTION IN ZANZIBAR

TRUTH IS NOT NEUTRAL, THAT IS WHY WE HAVE A SIDE - CUF HAS WON ELECTION IN ZANZIBAR!

My fellow Tanzanians, the Zanzibar élection statutory provisions provide for the returning officers to conduct élections, supervise counting of  votes and send the correct and signed form of compiled results (signed by both - a returning officer and  party agents) to the ZEC.

ZEC is provided with powers to receive results forms, confirm  résults (if they conform) with party agents forms and add (tally) the compiled votes from constituences and to further announcing the résults with no alteration and later a general winner.

ZEC has neither statutory nor constitutional powers to nullify élection résults fowarded to them by returning officers.

If any Person or party is aggrieved by élection process at polling stations level, one is required by Zanzibar élection laws to fill a specific form as an official pétition to support his/her dissatisfaction of certain process in the polling stations.

CCM and her polling agents did not launch any official dissatisfaction against the élection process and no body else was required to do this on their behalf.

With no sensé of shame, the so called ZEC chairperson became CCM's whistle blower in last minutes by citing irrelevant evidences to unlawful and unconstitutional decide to nullify the results of a better élection and thus terrorizes the will of Zanzibari's. Jecha nullifies the élection he did not conduct at lower level.

As a country, we can not tolerate such a grave precedent that would also be functional in later élections even in Tanzania mainland thus I totally disagree with such a rubbish example and undemocratic example.

The truth has no neutrality, the truth take sides always. CUF has won this élection in Zanzibar and that is what preliminary results showed.

The polling results showed so, the situation of absence of CCM official grievances at polling stations proves so, the compiled election results as signed by returning officers in Zanzibar as well as party agents at constituency levels proves so.

Even the internal and external observation preliminary reports confirms so, the Maalim Seif himself declared that the résults that were collected by his party exhibits his victory for more than 20,000 clear votes against CCM's Dr. Shein.

It is only this democracy witch, the so called Jecha (ZEC chaiperson) who is guessing the élection was unfair and further nullifies the résults a matter that is more than the severe abuse of power!

We will continue to cross  fingers for Zanzibari's until the justice is finalized and the true winner is announced.
