MAMA SAMIA and NEW WAVE OF CHANGES

Rumors in circulations said "Tuesday May 18, 2021 is the day on which government would be remove hawkers occupying Kariakoo streets. This is special because the government now concerned has until the recent past joyfully celebrated and through vitambulisho institutionalised the presence of  hawkers, aka Machingas. Therefore,  I see removing chingas from Dar es salaam streets, especially Kariakoo which has been an epicenter of hooliganism and a major Chingas  breeding place, as a paradigm shift.  This good news about restoring order in the streets and along the roads that  delights me most, presents also the paradox inherent in the human society administrative systems. I am blaming any one this falliability that we all victims of. In fact, history as putting one writer "is replete with the movements and the people who do exactly what they preach against." Very touching is that the very same government that has been condoning chaos and hooliganism seems to be concerned and may be taking the stand against them. I do not believe that removing Chingas from Kariakoo is going to happen, however. If it happens and Kariakoo streets come to their nomalcy, I am going to walk from my home to Msasani in support of this move. I will walk to also show my solidarity to our president who has  chosen to differentiate facts from fictions. I am not like Mzee Wa Utopolo. I am the person who keeps the promises.  Hurray Mama Samia for showing the lost Wana wa Kondoo the way! I am sure the people with limited vision and who are mostly trapped by fantasies are beginning to see you as "asking too much." You should know Mama that these anti-mageuzi people are not many. These are the myopic people who cannot think beyond their daily meals. So you need not worry as you pursue your programs, including the scheme to get rid of the culture of "Ng'ombe Hanenepi, Nchunga Hanenepi", which denies farmers opportunities to benefit from the animal husbandry, destroys the environment and trigers conflicts over the resource use. You have a backing of every right thinking person as long as you do things rightly. I belong to the majority who have the moral courage to defend your policies. I am like other patriotic citizens rallying behind you.    Of interest has been President moving on and touch the untouchable. She began, for example, with the ports authority and without any hesitation removed the seven-headed snake, which, the people the say "had been resposible for destabilizing and destruction of  the port ecosystems. The port according to many is of special interests because of it being the sancturies of many species, some of which feel ashamed to mention. Madam president by shaking up the port, you are doing great job too. Please keep it up. As you deny yourself a time to sleep, think also about supporting the place you are coming from. This place you were born and raised is being entangled by hatred and disdain that have vowed to put to a halt any good move that the people have chosen to emabark upon. The people disillusioned by many days of antagonism and stalemate are begging you to extend to them your benevolence. "Charity begins at home dadangu".  While guided by her "Kazi iendelee spirit" and "Ukizingua nitakuzingua motto," President has also begun shaking district and regional commissioners across the country. In Dar es salaam, for example the person, whom people feel would advance the legacy of disrepect of law and good governance has been moved to the place that combines agriculture and fishing. Whether this transfer is for the brain drain or brain gain  is the question I am not able to answer. Commenting on this move a friend said "the change in the administration of Dar es salaam is very timely." He goes on and says "Dar needs a person who has both the quality to lead and conquer". Is Dar admin short of the ability to conquer?. I think Clouds FM has good answer for this question.  Frankly, I do not know very much the person who has replaced Makonda's recruit. Hopefully is not going to demand too much or crossing the line by ochestrating the status quo "Wimbo wa tende iondolewe kodi". Dar as the center of all peripheries, recognized and non recognized, needs the leadership that will identify not with hawkers like an Indian crows or Chichidodo [a bug who feeds on small worms that comes out human fieces],  but with the lay down rules and proceedure. If the person that president has chosen for Dar believes in the transformative dreams, then I must say Alhamdu lilaah. Shame on those who  always see Dar as a replica of a "dada poa" who would accept and enjoy any styles the man could introduce her to. We need to change Dar  for it to become a commercial city in every sense of the word. Dar as it is now offers nothing that you could be proud of...... presence of majiko ya kuchoma ndizi and chips throughout Kariakoo is annoying visitors and shaming us as hosts. Wajemeni we need to see the world we live in differently!  Hey legends, the standing and the falling, please be aware that signing on and off is a  natural administrative process  that has been in existence since time immemorial. No human being has had a tool or strenght to reverse it. Adam and Eve came and went and through sucession we have today new Adams and Eves who do things  and see their world differently. Naturally people come and go but nations remain. So if you have become a victim of the shaking now on going either delibarately or coincidentally, you need not to see your falling as the end of you, your family and everything.  Story about president shaking the unshakable is impressing me most. She has for example, removed from the office district commissioner Hai. Removal of Hai district commissioner from the office has been celebrated at most. The videos showing people of Hai in joys has gone viral. Also impressive has been the taking out of the RC Mtwara. This man with arrogance I do not know where had borrowed from has had his arrogance forced him to lay down the tools. Influenced by authoritarianism this young man had once took a liberty to refuse to meet the people in great need of his help who were on tour in Mtwara. Worse still, he  voved to advising his subordinates on on doing likewise. He used not being notified as an excuse to deny the visitors of the hospitality the extending of which he had been paid for. The man trapped by fantasies and priviledges to govern a sleeping giant, perhaps forgot that Tanzania is a democratic that does not have a desire to entertain totalitarianism whatsover. President uprooting this legend on one hand and the legacy on the other suggests her seriousness on turning things up side down. Kudos Mama Samia kwa kuwazingua walio tuzingua. However, the house is not clean yet. So after you are done with intricases inherent in the government you are in charge of, please Madam president come and to DRT and see how filthy its services are. The company which government expected to have Mwendo Kasi is in the brinks of falling into the level of being called Mwendo Basi. The density is surpassing the velocity so to speak ! Your predecessor led the DRT maiden trips. I hope you will act quickly to not allow the dying trips to be your legacy.
